Grant Overview
Variety – the Children’s Charity is a nonprofit organization that provides funding to agencies that provide care, treatment, activities, and shelter to children who are at-risk, underprivileged, critically ill, or living with special needs.
Eligibility
Variety focuses on funding brick and mortar projects, equipment, programming, and other tangible items that directly impact children. Administrative needs (i.e., staffing, salaries, office space, etc.) and other intangibles will not be considered for funding. You must be a 501(c)(3) organization to apply for funds from Variety. Please review the guidelines in the documents below to learn all eligibility requirements.

Grant Application Deadline
For a grant application to be considered, organizations must submit an application with the required attachments in hard copy form and by email as detailed in the checklist within the grant application. Please review the grant and van guidelines to ensure your application is complete and received in the Variety office prior to the deadline.
Both the hard paper copies and the emailed copy must be received by the Variety office no later than May 24, 2024 at noon.

Reporting
As specified in all signed grant agreements, grant recipients are required to fill out reporting forms.
The 2023 grant reporting form must be completed, signed and sent to the Variety office by the stated deadline in your 2023 grant agreement and with new 2024 grant applications if applying.
