A Night in New Orleans kicks off with complimentary wine and beer during social hour. During dinner, special guest Jamie Pollard, Iowa State University Athletic Director, will speak. Dancing to band Final Mix will round out the evening.

Don't miss the dessert parade featuring banana's foster and beingets. The evening will also feature pop up performances from Final Mix.
